The Emig Racing hand guard
mounting system includes three important components:
HAND
GUARD TOP TRIPLE CLAMP $155
The top clamp is designed to mount the hand guards directly to the front of the clamp. It is the first and only of its kind. The hand guards mount to a “L” bracket bolted to the front of the top clamp. This bracket is specially designed with several mounting holes to accommodate the various hand guard lengths, bar width, etc. By mounting to the front, it does not interfere with the pinch bolts, which are in the rear, and have limits on torque. It also eliminates the twisting that occurs with the handlebar adapter mounting system. This clamp is also available rubber mounted to reduce vibration, at no additional charge.(This top clamp requires the additional purchase of ER bar mounts)
HAND GUARDS $40
Use our own ER hand guards for the perfect fit, or use with your existing hand guards. Virtually any other brand hand guard will work with a small modification. Optional plastic deflectors available in Black, Orange, White, Clear, Blue, Lime. $20
THREADED BAR ENDS $35 $55 (Anti-Vibration)

Revolutionary bar end system. Use our new billet aluminum threaded bar ends, and tap your handlebars with the supplied tap. Eliminate the bar ends from popping out, loosing from impact, etc. Bar ends are sold separately, to use with your existing hand guards, also.
