KTM LC4 640 – Adventurer

Emig Racing offers a variety of applications for this great dual-sport bike.  
These kits are designed for models that have the late model 43mm or 48mm USD forks. 

NOTE:  Installation instructions are not provided. If you do not have basic mechanical knowledge or confidence, you may need an experienced mechanic to complete the install. Each requires drilling out the OEM one-way bolts that secure the ignition switch. The steering lock must be trimmed to allow for the bolt-on post to sit correctly. The lock is still functional. 

THE FOLLOWING IS DETAILED INFORMATION ON INDIVIDUAL PARTS

·       Top Triple Clamp   $155

This top clamp is the stock 18mm offset. The key switch holder is included.  It is available solid or rubber mounted. Use our ER rubber mounting system for the greatest benefit. Replacing the stock triple clamp allows the change in bar position and height and easy stabilizer mounting. (This top clamp requires ER bar mounts, OEM bar mounts will not work.) Available in shiny, orange or black.

 

·         Under-The Bar Stabilizer Mounting (ER Stabilizer / ER Top Clamp) $115

Utilizing the ER top clamp, and the 1 1/8” oversize handlebars, you can mount the Revolution Steering Stabilizer This offers only one bar position. Bar height to the centerline of the handlebars is 2.70” or optional 3.25". Available in shiny, orange or black.

·        Under-The Bar Stabilizer Mounting (ER Stabilizer / OEM Top Clamp) $115

Using the stock triple clamp and the 1 1/8” oversize handlebars, you can mount the Revolution Steering Stabilizer  This application requires some modification to OEM parts; this is a more difficult installation. Available in shiny, orange or black.

·       Over-The Bar Mounting for Steering Stabilizers      (ER Top Clamp)    $110

Utilizing the ER top triple clamp above and the 1 1/8” oversize handlebars, you can mount the Revolution Steering Stabilizer or your existing stabilizer. By rotating the lower bar mount 180 degrees you are provided with two bar positions 14mm apart. Easily mount your stabilizer in either bar position with our Multi-Position Mount.  Choose the bar mount height that best fits your style: 1.4”, 1.74” or 2.0”. Available in shiny, orange or black.

·       Bar Mounts w/ One Piece Top       (ER Top Clamp)        $100

Same great bar position and height options as above, without the stabilizer mounting holes. Available in shiny, orange or black.

·       Lowering Pullrods         $90

Lower the seat height with a simple installation. Choose to lower it 1 1/8 inches or 2 ¼ inches.
