KAWASAKI KLR 650

Fork Conversion Kit

ER Conversion kit easily allows the use of late model KXF250 forks (Showa) on the KLR650. It can also be made to accept the KXF450 (KYB) forks. The following fork bores can be used:

Top Clamp - 52.9mm or 53.9mm
Bottom Clamp - 58.4mm or 59.2mm

The bottom clamp is designed with the correct steering stops needed on the KLR650 frame, while utilizing the KXF fork bore.  The steering stem is made to accept the KLR650 bearings and length while accepting the KXF triple clamps.  The top clamp is designed specifically to mount the KLR650 instrument panel and key switch.
